After 18 days, the iTour app will expire. Once you download the guide app onto your device, it will remain accessible for the duration of your rental period (18 days). You can refer to the app and its content anytime during your trip in Israel. Once it has expired you can add a credit on the site and it will resume, or you can purchase on the app. 

iTour operates on a credit-based system. When you sign up and create an account, you can purchase credits that can be used to rent the guide app. Each guide app has a credit value associated with it. When you rent a guide app, the corresponding credit value is deducted from your account. If your credits run out, you can easily add more by purchasing additional credits on the website or within the app. This allows you to continue renting the guide app and exploring Israel with iTour.

Proceed to the payment page and for just $49.99 + $50.00 refundable deposit you can rent the device and enjoy an enriching travel experience with the pre-loaded guide app and essential information at your fingertips!

Returning the rented device is easy. At the end of your rental period, use our pre-paid return shipping label and packaging materials provided to return the rented device within 30 days. Drop off the package at any authorized shipping carrier’s location, and keep the tracking number for reference. Once we receive the device, we’ll confirm its return, and your rental deposit refund will be completed.
