Absolutely! We understand that internet connectivity may not always be available during your travels. That’s why iTour offers offline functionality, allowing you to access maps, audio guides, and other content without an internet connection. Simply download the guide app and enjoy uninterrupted exploration wherever you go.

iTour provides the flexibility to customize your itinerary based on your preferences and travel plans. Within the guide app, you’ll find a range of recommended attractions and points of interest. Feel free to add the ones that interest you the most to your favorites tab and create your own personalized itinerary. You can explore at your own pace and skip or add destinations as you wish.

After 18 days, the iTour app will expire. Once you download the guide app onto your device, it will remain accessible for the duration of your rental period (18 days). You can refer to the app and its content anytime during your trip in Israel. Once it has expired you can add a credit on the site and it will resume, or you can purchase on the app.

iTour operates on a credit-based system. When you sign up and create an account, you can purchase credits that can be used to rent the guide app. Each guide app has a credit value associated with it. When you rent a guide app, the corresponding credit value is deducted from your account. If your credits run out, you can easily add more by purchasing additional credits on the website or within the app. This allows you to continue renting the guide app and exploring Israel with iTour.
